We operate a 1,000 sqm production hall, fully equipped to handle complex naval piping projects. The facility includes lifting installations, continuous band pipe cutting machines capable of handling pipes up to 324 mm in diameter, and welding stations in protective environments (MIG-MAG and TIG). Additionally, we have electrode welding machines (inverters), welding transformers, specialized work tables for pipe assembly, and dedicated welding benches. This setup allows our team to execute precise, high-quality fabrication and assembly of naval piping, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with international standards.

VERBLAS CO S.R.L. has an organizational structure and personnel capable of ensuring, under the operation of a Quality Management System designed according to the SR EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, that the core activity – naval piping fabrication – is carried out in full compliance with requirements.
